Preschool is the heart of our Saratoga campus. Our Saratoga campus is our West Valley school, a smaller campus where teachers know every child and family by name, and its preschool classrooms are led by director Ms. Anu Agarwal with a team of teachers parents describe as caring, attentive, and engaging. Children at 12770 Saratoga Ave work with Montessori materials for early reading, math, science, and social studies, then bring those skills into projects, creative writing, arts and crafts, and daily outdoor play.
The Saratoga preschool day runs Mon - Fri: 8:15am - 5:30pm, long enough for working families to skip separate before- and after-care. Enrichment in Spanish, music, yoga, and dance is woven into the week, our Kindness Curriculum supports social-emotional growth, and healthy snacks are served on a nut- and peanut-free campus. Parents follow the day through the Brightwheel app.

Saratoga preschoolers get a balance that is hard to find: real early academics through Montessori materials, plenty of movement and creative play, and a full day of care. Here is how that comes together on Saratoga Ave.
Children learn letter sounds with sandpaper letters, build numbers with bead materials, and explore science and social studies through hands-on work rather than worksheets alone. Creative Curriculum lessons tie it together, so Saratoga preschoolers build genuine reading and math readiness while staying active.
Spanish, music, yoga, and dance are part of the Saratoga preschool week, giving children a second language, rhythm, movement, and confidence performing in front of others. Some enrichment classes are offered at an additional cost; ask for the current schedule when you tour.
Alongside academics, Saratoga teachers use our Kindness Curriculum to help preschoolers name feelings, resolve conflicts with words, and look out for classmates. Parents often tell us these are the habits they notice first at home.
From 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM, the Saratoga preschool day moves through circle time, weather and calendar, project work, free play, reading, creative writing, arts and crafts, outdoor play, lunch, and rest. One drop-off covers the whole day, with Brightwheel updates in between.

Parents from Cupertino, Los Gatos, Campbell, West San Jose, and Monte Sereno choose Saratoga for preschool because of the Montessori-inspired academics, the full-day schedule, and the option to continue into pre-k on the same campus, and because Saratoga Ave connects directly to Highway 85 and Lawrence Expressway, making drop-off easy on the way to Cupertino or West San Jose.
