2022 - Building Trust With Families

As families got to know Level Up Montessori, we began earning trust through caring teachers, consistent communication, and a school environment focused on both learning and emotional growth. Parents saw their children become more comfortable, more social, and more excited to come to school.

These early experiences helped define who we are. Families were not just looking for child care. They were looking for a place where their children would feel supported, encouraged, and truly known.

2023 - Strengthening Our Programs

During this stage of growth, we continued refining our programs across all age groups. We focused on creating a more intentional learning experience that supports academic development, social-emotional growth, independence, and confidence.

Our classrooms continued evolving through a blend of hands-on Montessori learning, stronger academic structure, and engaging weekly activities that help children build meaningful skills in age-appropriate ways.

2025 - A Growing Community of Learners

By 2025, Level Up Montessori had grown into a multi-location preschool network serving children across multiple Bay Area cities. Our schools supported children from 12 months to 6 years, with programs and age groups varying by location.

This growth reflects the trust families place in us and the continued need for early education that feels both caring and purposeful.

2021

2021 - Our Beginning

Level Up Montessori began with a vision to give back to the community through meaningful early education. In 2021, we opened our first center in Hayward, California and began building a modern, child-centered preschool experience for Bay Area families.

From the start, our goal was to create more than a place for children to spend the day. We wanted to build a school where children could grow with confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for the future.

2022-2023 - Expanding Our Footprint

As demand grew, Level Up Montessori expanded into additional Bay Area communities, including Fremont and Milpitas. This growth allowed us to serve more families while continuing to build on the same thoughtful foundation established at our first campus.

Each new location gave us the opportunity to bring our balanced Montessori and academic approach to more children during some of their most important early years.

2024 - Continued Growth and New Locations

With growing trust from families and continued momentum, Level Up Montessori expanded further with new locations, including Saratoga. This next step reflected our ongoing commitment to making our approach available to more Bay Area families.

As we grew, our mission stayed the same: to provide children with a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where they can learn, explore, and build confidence each day.

Today, Level Up Montessori is known for a balanced Montessori and academic approach, caring educators, strong parent communication, and a focus on helping children build independence and confidence.

Our Philosophy

What We Believe

At Level Up Montessori, we believe early childhood education should support the whole child. That means helping children grow academically, socially, emotionally, and independently through meaningful daily experiences. We created our schools to go beyond traditional child care by blending Montessori principles, structured early academics, and creative exploration into one balanced model. Some programs focus heavily on academics, while others lean mostly on unstructured play. We believe families deserve something more thoughtful. Our approach is designed to help children build confidence, curiosity, problem-solving skills, and strong early foundations in a way that still feels engaging and age-appropriate. We want children to leave our programs not only better prepared for kindergarten, but also more independent, more socially confident, and more excited about learning.

Our schools are designed to support calm, focused, and engaging early learning experiences.
