Our Story
Level Up Montessori was opened by two serial entrepreneurs with a goal to give back to society. It opened its first location in October 2021 in Hayward, California, and later expanded to Fremont (Ardenwood) and Milpitas, California. The ownership wanted to help families with their youngest by facilitating worthwhile child care, activities, learning, and developmental programs through a warm nurturing environment providing a safe, loving, and nurturing atmosphere.
Our Mission
Our team believes that every child is capable, valuable, and deserving of reaching his or her full potential, it is our mission to provide tools and resources that empower both educators and children to experience learning through creative expression, play, and open-ended discovery. We also ensure that child learns skills to be successful in elementary school after graduating from our preschool.
Our Approach
The Level Up Montessori preschool applies child development theories and brain research to a unique model of teacher support, child experience, and family engagement. We believe that every child is full of potential, naturally curious, and important to the community. We evaluate every child to determine their strength and areas of improvement. We believe the teacher is the learner alongside the child. As a researcher and guide, the teacher offers resources and support through academic and Montessori material. Children explore the environment to experiment with ideas, manipulate materials and construct knowledge. Every project and activity that they do with us integrates 2-3 skills to enhance child’s social-emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development. We also want to have teacher-parent conference at least twice in a year to share your child’s work samples and our assessment. We strongly believe that families are central to the intellectual and social growth of the child. Family culture and beliefs add beauty to school community.
